Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation Policy

    • Before Dispatch / Production

      • ​Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided that production or packing has not commenced.

      • For customized or made-to-order products (e.g., specific sink sizes, special finishes), cancellations after production begins are not permitted, even within the 48-hour window.

    • After Production or Dispatch

      • ​Once production has commenced or the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

      • In such cases, we recommend receiving the item and then contacting us for support regarding returns or issues if applicable.

  • Refund Policy

    • Eligibility for Refund

      • You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

      • Order canceled within 48 hours, before production or dispatch.

      • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery (reported within 7 days).

      • Product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

      • Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

      • You changed your mind after production started.

      • The product was damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or not following care instructions.

    • Refund Process

      • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

      • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

      • Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • Return & Replacement

    • Reporting Damages or Defects

      • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice damage, defects, or an incorrect item, email us at info@eviere.com within 7 days.

      • Include:

        • Order number

        • Photos/videos of the packaging and product

        • Description of the issue
           

    • Return Approval & Pickup

      • Our team will verify your claim. If approved:

        • We will arrange for a return pickup at no cost to you.

        • Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, along with all accessories and manuals.
           

    • Replacement
      For eligible cases, we will dispatch a replacement product. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Any item returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

    • Products reported after 24 hors of delivery.
