Before Dispatch / Production

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided that production or packing has not commenced.

For customized or made-to-order products (e.g., specific sink sizes, special finishes), cancellations after production begins are not permitted, even within the 48-hour window.

After Production or Dispatch

Once production has commenced or the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

In such cases, we recommend receiving the item and then contacting us for support regarding returns or issues if applicable.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

Order canceled within 48 hours, before production or dispatch.

Product is damaged or defective upon delivery (reported within 7 days).

Product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

You changed your mind after production started.

The product was damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or not following care instructions.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Return Approval & Pickup

Our team will verify your claim. If approved:

We will arrange for a return pickup at no cost to you.

Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, along with all accessories and manuals.

Replacement
For eligible cases, we will dispatch a replacement product. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Any item returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

Products reported after 24 hors of delivery.
