Exchanges for Defects or Damage

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong product.

Exchange Process:

Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup of the original item.

A replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Conditions for Exchange:

Product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

Differences in natural variations (minor color/texture shifts in stone/quartz/steel that occur in production)

Important Notes:

Retain original packaging until your installation is complete and you are fully satisfied with the product. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.

All installations should be performed by qualified professionals as per the instructions. Improper installation voids exchange or replacement eligibility.
