Shipping & Exchange Policy

  • Shipping Policy

    • Order Processing

      • ​All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. This includes quality checks, packing, and scheduling with couriers.

      • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
         

  • Delivery Timelines

    • Metro cities: 4–7 business days from dispatch.

    • Non-metro locations: 7–10 business days from dispatch.

    • Timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, pandemics).
       

  • Shipping Charges

    • Calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

    • Free shipping may apply for orders exceeding promotional thresholds (e.g., ₹50,000).
       

  • Shipping Conditions

    • Unreachable Locations

      • In rare cases where our logistics partners do not service your pin code, we will inform you and initiate a full refund.

    • Delayed Shipments

      • If a shipment is delayed beyond 30 days, we will assist with either reshipping or refunding your order after an investigation with the courier.
         

  • Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges for Defects or Damage

    • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong product.
       

  • To initiate:

    • Email info@eviere.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include order number, issue description, and supporting images.
       

  • Exchange Process:

    • Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup of the original item.

    • A replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.
       

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • Product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

    • Exchange is not available for:

      • Change of mind

      • Differences in natural variations (minor color/texture shifts in stone/quartz/steel that occur in production)
         

  • Important Notes:

    • Retain original packaging until your installation is complete and you are fully satisfied with the product. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.

    • All installations should be performed by qualified professionals as per the instructions. Improper installation voids exchange or replacement eligibility.

    • éviere® is not responsible for installation costs in the event of a replacement or return.
